We’re looking for multilingual customer-focused individuals to join a global force, respected and recognised for the paramount customer care they deliver year after year.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through phone, email, and live chat to provide friendly, support
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve queries with empathy, and efficiency
- Work closely with your colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and insights to continuously improve service
Must Have
- Native German Speaker
- English Level B1+
- EU Citizen or right to work in Greece

- Experience in dealing with customers
