German Customer Support Team Leader

Do you speak German and have experience in Team Leadership within the call center industry? We are looking for new team leaders for our client in Riga, a FinTech project!

Responsibilities
- Motivate, develop and mentor team members
- Manage dips in performance
- Manage & delegate daily volumes within the team
- Conduct team huddles
- Answer and manage client queries/complaints
Must Have
- Near native German (C1+)
- Advanced English Skills (B1+)
- Computer literate with a minimum typing skill of 50 wpm with 90% accuracy
- Experience in Customer Support/Customer Relationship/Customer Service
- Excellent people management skills should have experience in previous roles
- European Union Passport (no working permit / visa assistance)
Nice to have
- Experience as a CS Team Leader
- Advanced IT knowledge
