Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers through phone, email, and live chat to provide friendly, support
  • Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve queries with empathy, and efficiency
  • Work closely with your colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and insights to continuously improve service

Must Have

  • (Near)native German speaking
  • English Level B1+
  • Good Soft Skills
  • EU Citizen or right to work in Bulgaria

Nice to have

  • Experience dealing with customers
