Responsibilities
- Help people navigate the digital world. Whether it's troubleshooting, guiding users, or fixing issues, your work will make a real difference
- Solve tech issues for customers via chat, email, and phone
- Keep up with the latest tech trends and updates to provide top-notch support
- Help users become more tech-savvy through guidance and tutorials
- Work with other teams to improve products and services based on user feedback
Must Have
- Native German Speaker
- English Level B2
- Technical Mindset
- EU Citizen or right to work in Portugal
